I am pleased to announce that I have the opportunity to host a Magic: the gathering game day.

When: Saturday, Aug 14th.
Registration 10:00am-12:30pm; Tournament 1:00-9:00pm
Format: Type 2 standard constructed; Swiss rounds with a cut and single elimination top.
Cost: $10.00 entry.
Prizes: Exclusive game-day promos, as well as booster packs based on attendance. Prize payout should be comparable to a prerelease.

Where: Ghost Riders II, Butler PA
Format: Two events, singles and blind partners
Legality: Vintage
Prizes: A booster box of cards for each event, plus gift cards for 2nd and 3rd place in each event.
Entrance Fee: $25 (includes entry into both events, plus 2 drinks and 1 snack from on-site snack bar).

This will be the first tournament using these format changes that NDC will run. $5.00 entry. Note that this event will take place at NDC in cranberry. Hosted by Dan Regewitz.

Magic 2011 Core Set Prerelease!: Come experience the newest core set of Magic with this sanctioned sealed deck pre-release. $30.00 entry. DCI sanctioned with prize support. Hosted by Dan Regewitz. Open gaming available. Draft to follow main event ($16.00 entry).
Saturday, 10th: 12:00 registration; 1:00-6:00 main event; Draft 6:00-9:00.

Magic 2011 Launch Draft!: Come celebrate the official release of the Magic 2011 core set with a DCI sanctioned Draft. $16.00 entry. Prizes based on attendance. Hosted by Dan Regewitz.
